  • You must subscribe to continue using the service after trial expiration
  • No charges apply during the trial period

Subscription Billing

Billing Cycles: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

  • Monthly Plans: Billed every 30 days from your subscription start date
  • Annual Plans: Billed every 12 months with 25% discount
  • Auto-Renewal: All subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe

Usage-Based Billing

Additional leads beyond your plan limits are charged at $0.50 per lead and billed with your next subscription payment.

Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time through:

  • Your account dashboard → Billing settings
  • Emailing support@leadsynthai.com with "Cancellation Request" in the subject
  • Using the "Cancel Subscription" link in your billing emails

Cancellation Timeline

  • Immediate Effect: Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
  • Service Access: You retain access until your paid period expires
  • Data Retention: Your account data is preserved for 30 days after cancellation
  • No Penalties: No cancellation fees or penalties apply

What Happens After Cancellation

  • Lead generation and processing stops at the end of your billing period
  • You can still access your existing leads and export your data
  • No further charges will be made to your payment method
  • Your account converts to a free trial status (no new features)

Refund Policy

Standard Refund Terms

No Refunds Policy: All subscription payments are non-refundable under normal circumstances.

Since we offer a free trial, you have the opportunity to evaluate our service before any payment is required.

Exceptional Circumstances

We may provide refunds in the following exceptional situations:

  • Technical Issues: Documented service outages lasting more than 48 hours
  • Billing Errors: Incorrect charges due to system errors
  • Duplicate Payments: Accidental multiple charges for the same period
  • Unauthorized Access: Fraudulent use of your payment method

Account Suspension and Termination

  • Data Retention: Data preserved for 30 days during suspension
  • Reactivation: Update payment method to restore service

Accounts may be terminated for violations of our Terms of Service, including:

  • Violating third-party platform terms
  • Attempting to circumvent usage limits
  • Sharing account credentials
